When you sign up for missnothing, we collect:

Account info: Your name, email, phone number, and business name.
Call data: Call recordings, transcripts, and caller information for your AI receptionist service.
Review data: Google review content and our AI-generated responses.
Usage data: How you use the dashboard and our services.
Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number.

How We Use It

To provide and improve our services (answering calls, managing reviews, generating content).
To send you lead alerts, reports, and account updates.
To process your payments.
To improve our AI models and service quality.

What We Don't Do

We never sell your data to third parties.
We never share your customer's information with other businesses.
We never use your data for advertising.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Call recordings are stored with industry-standard security. All data transfer uses TLS encryption.

Your Rights

You can request to:

Access all data we have about you.
Delete your account and all associated data.
Export your data in a standard format.
Opt out of non-essential communications.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to power missnothing:

Stripe for payment processing.
Supabase for data storage.
OpenAI for AI-generated content and responses.
Resend for email delivery.
Vercel for hosting.

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We may update this policy. We'll notify you via email if we make significant changes.
