We provide AI-powered business services. You pay monthly. No contracts. Cancel anytime. We work hard to deliver results. If we don't, you stop paying. Simple.

Services

missnothing provides the following services based on your selected plan:

  • AI Receptionist: Automated phone answering, appointment booking, and lead capture.
  • Review Management: Monitoring and responding to online reviews.
  • SEO & Content: Blog post creation and search engine optimization.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate business information.
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per business location.

Payments

  • All plans include a 14-day free trial.
  • After the trial, you'll be billed monthly.
  • You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fees.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

AI-Generated Content

  • Review responses and SEO content are generated by AI and reviewed for quality.
  • You own all content created for your business.
  • We do our best to ensure accuracy, but AI can occasionally produce errors.
  • You can review and modify any AI-generated content before it's published.

Call Recording

  • Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded for quality and training.
  • You are responsible for complying with your state's call recording laws.
  • We provide call recording disclosures as part of the AI greeting.

Limitations

  • We don't guarantee specific Google ranking positions.
  • We don't guarantee specific revenue increases.
  • AI receptionist quality depends on call quality and caller behavior.
  • Review response posting depends on platform API access.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use our services for illegal purposes.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
